Leadership
Joel Torres is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Strategic Operations Consulting, LLC.
With more than 20 years of experience across nonprofit administration, government, public health systems, civic engagement, and organizational leadership, Joel has helped organizations strengthen operations, improve performance, engage stakeholders, and achieve measurable community impact.
His experience includes executive leadership, strategic planning, governance support, public health initiatives, fund development strategy, coalition building, operational improvement, and community engagement.
Joel currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of a multi-program community-based nonprofit organization serving residents throughout Central New Jersey and previously served on the Jersey City Board of Education and as a Hudson County Commissioner.
